I needed a couple of big trees, palms etc cleared - and stumps ground down. Unsure of just what we wanted to do - but knowing something needed to be done we called Andrew from Redlands Tree Service. Andrew; 1 Turned up when he said he would! (TICK!) 2: Gave us clear non nonsense advice not just on what he felt needed doing but what we should look at doing short term, medium term and long term. (TICK!) Andrew gave us a quote within 12 hours (TICK) The quote was more than reasonable and he gave us a start date that he honoured. On the day Andrews young team were courteous, polite, super fast and left my yard without the agreed trees and shrubs and cleared all the mess. The stump grinding team were quick, courteous, on time and again, gave me some great advice! I cannot speak highly enough of Andrew and his teams. I will recommend them without reservation!! Taking keen interest in our concerns and needs, Andrew provided a detailed proposal to attend to critical yard management including professional remedial attention to a number of trees. This yard management plan was closely followed by an efficient, courteous and friendly team of yard maintenance professionals, who arrived on time. The team completed all work (including clean up) in a very tidy and professional manner ahead of time. They used well maintained equipment and demonstrated high functioning skills in the removal and trimming of trees on our property. At all times they demonstrated that safety and our concerns/needs were paramount. Additionally, the team extended courtesy and consideration when needing to work with our neighbours.

​Highly recommended. We got this business to take out a large fig tree and a couple of smaller figs that were too close to the house, nice trees but unfortunately had to go. They did an excellent job, turned up when they said they would, and all done as quoted. Also took down and replaced a panel of fencing for access, and cleaned up after the job. Great service.
